Hello! Welcome to my page Primal Gal! I'm so happy you're here! This is my first blog post and I basically just want to tell you a little bit about why I've decided to launch a website, who I am, and what I can offer.
I've wanted to build a website for some time now, but we all know that that takes A LOT of time to do, especially when you are the one doing it! I'm not the most creative person and my sister has had to help me quite a bit because she has a gift for these kinds of things! But I've finally done it and it's a relief to say the least!
I've always loved writing. I've been a "journaler" since I was 11 years old and have filled up probably 20 journals so far. I tried writing books throughout my teenage years but had a hard time staying interested in one thing for long enough to complete one. I'm also the type of person that likes to believe that I'm adding value to the world, that I'm making some kind of difference. And writing romance novels just wasn't that! My passion for health and nutrition has stayed with me for about 12 years now and I know that it will always be a great interest of mine. So I thought I'd add these two things together and maybe inspire some people.
Earlier this year, 2025, I started my Instagram page, Primal Gal, where I make videos about organ meats, health, nutrition, farming, and more. I've gotten some pretty positive feedback on my posts and figured that I could take this thing a little further. I'm a very honest person. I mean, I CANNOT lie. So most people know they can trust me because of that. I don't believe in sacrificing your personality or integrity to conform to a certain "perfection" or ideal "influencer". I just think that there is too many façades on social media and the internet, so I promise you now that that is not, and will not be me. I won't sugar-coat my words or only say what I think you would like to hear. Thomas Jefferson said, "Honesty is the first chapter in the book of wisdom.". And I quite agree with him!
We've come so far in industrialization, technology, medicine, and knowledge, but have moved so far away from nature and ancestral practices that sustained healthy living for centuries. As we've introduced new chemicals and processed food into our environment and diet disease has skyrocketed. We've lost connection with the things that are meant to heal our bodies like the sun, the earth, whole, unadulterated foods, spirituality, and more. It's amazing to see more and more people coming back to these things as they see how much they need it to thrive and be happy. I am one of those people.
So join me on this journey as we discover and implement certain recipes, practices, and lifestyles that our ancestors once viewed essential for a healthy and abundant life.
